Just Say No to Airbrushing

We’re issuing our seal of approval to Seventeen Magazine for their new pledge not to photoshop pictures of the young women they feature in their publication. A petition started by an 8th grader caught the attention of the editorial board of Seventeen, and led to their decision. It will be nice for a publication to feature real girls, not digitally enhanced ones, so maybe the push to appear like an airbrushed version of yourself can be put to rest starting with the young readers of Seventeen Magazine.
